Wearing red as a sign of opposition, people who live near a proposed second location to Jeptha Creed Distillery spoke out Tuesday night in front of the Shelbyville Planning Commission.
The American Distilling Institute praised the Shelbyville, Kentucky distillery because it is run by "real people."
