She was arrested and jailed Thursday for failing to appear at a court hearing over her alleged theft at Walmart.
A Jefferson Family Court judge issued an emergency protective order against Powell on June 11, requiring her to surrender any firearms and stay at least 500 feet away from Thomas Tyre, who has previously disclosed a relationship with Powell.
A Jefferson Family Court judge ruled there was insufficient evidence against Powell to "establish that an act of domestic violence has occurred and is likely to occur again."Â
