Keturah Herron wins District 42 special election

Voters elected Democrat Keturah Herron during a special election on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2022, to fill the District 42 seat in the Kentucky House. (WDRB photo)

The office would be created within the state's Department for Public Health.
