Police were called to 23rd Street and West Chestnut Street about 11:15 a.m. on Thursday.Â
LMPD said the incident on Dec. 18 started with two back-to-back calls for service alerted by ShotSpotter, which is a gunfire detection system.Â
Asa McNealy, 30, was charged with wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, after a confrontation with police on West Chestnut Street Dec. 18.
