Louisville Metro Police Officer Nick Wilt
As featured on
Louisville police face more hurdles to get an assault rifle for on-the-job use than a mass shooter like Connor Sturgeon, who legally bought his weapon four days earlier in a 40-minute transaction at a local gun dealer.
Wilt was one of the first officers to respond to the shooting at Old National Bank on April 10, his fourth-ever shift on the force.
An all-day event will be held Wednesday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Shack in the Back BBQ located at 10706 West Manslick Road in Fairdale.
