This Jan. 31, 2018 photo, provided by the New York State Department of Corrections, shows Mark David Chapman, the man who killed John Lennon. Chapman, 63, who is serving 20-years-to-life in the Wende Correctional Facility in western New York, is scheduled to go before New York's parole board the week of Aug. 20, 2018, in what will be his 10th attempt to win release.
