Business owners in NuLu have concerns that a 15-month street project aimed at beautifying the area could have a negative impact on their bottom line.
The $12 million is focused on a 1-mile stretch of East Market Street from Brook Street to Baxter Avenue.
Crews will open the road to eastbound traffic Sunday morning.
