LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Cash Ball 225 ticket worth $225,000 was sold in south Louisville.
In a news release Monday, the Kentucky Lottery said the ticket for Friday night's drawing was sold at the B Quick Marathon at 2119 Upper Hunters Trace, which is near the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood.
Friday night’s winning Cash Ball 225 numbers were: 6 – 11 – 14 – 27 Cash Ball 5. The winning ticket matched four white ball winning numbers and the Cash Ball, winning the game’s $225,000 top prize.
The Kentucky Lottery advises the winners to sign the back of the ticket and keep it in a secure location. The winner has 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim the prize at the Kentucky Lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville. Winners should contact the lottery at 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment to claim their prize.
Powerball is also getting a lot of attention. The current jackpot for Monday night's drawing is $750 million. It is the 10th largest Powerball Jackpot in the history of the game. The jackpot has an estimated cash value of $338.6 million.
