LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Amazon donated 75 Christmas trees to help two Louisville nonprofit organizations.

The trees will be part of the fourth annual Lights on Main fundraiser at the Frazier History Museum. From Nov. 22 through Jan. 8, the Frazier will be transformed into an enchanted holiday forest with three floors of trees decorated by local schools, organizations and families.

The event benefits the nonprofit I Would Rather Be Reading, which said this donation is huge.

"It feels pretty amazing and it feels like we're not doing it by ourselves," said Ally Fogle, co-founder of I Would Rather Be Reading. "It feels like our whole community is rallying behind us to say 'Yes, we care about kids too.'"

Lights on Main was previously at the Kentucky Center for the Arts in 2020 and at Resurfaced in 2021 and 2022.

The Frazier is expected to announce more details about the exhibition later this month. But tickets are already on sale for the Opening Party on Dec. 1. Attendees can vote for their favorite tree in several different categories and enjoy festive food, drinks and music.
