LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An apartment building caught fire Tuesday in Shively, according to fire officials.

Shively Fire Department and Louisville Fire Department responded to a building fire in the 3200 block of Dixie Highway, near Ralph Avenue, around 11:56 a.m. There was a two-story brick apartment building on fire when crews arrived.

Firefighters didn't find anyone inside the apartments. Two of the 14 apartment units had moderate damage. The Red Cross was called for displaced residents

The fire was controlled in 15 minutes by around 25 firefighters.

Louisville arson investigators are determining the cause of the fire.
