LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Stores caught selling synthetic drugs in Indiana could soon lose their license if lawmakers have their way.
Their proposal would make it illegal to deal or possess look-alike synthetic drugs like bath salts.
Right now, only drugs with certain chemical make ups are against the law.
Any retailer caught selling the look-alike drugs would be suspended for a year.
The bill has passed in the Senate, and still needs to be approved in the House, which has been working on a similar bill.
