LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — After a 2-day delay, Blackiston Mill Road in Clarksville, Indiana, is now open to traffic.
The portion of the road between Kroger on Lewis and Clark Parkway and Altra Drive was supposed to reopen on Monday, Nov. 20, but was delayed.
Town officials said the delay allowed crews to finish the necessary work without having to close the same portion of roadway next spring.
During the construction, crews improved drainage systems, added sidewalks and a new turning lane into the Peddler's Mall.
