LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A Borden, Ind. man lands back in jail after police say he hid a video camera in a 10-year-old girl's room to watch her get dressed.
53-year old Ronald Nance is charged with voyeurism. When officers searched Nance's New Albany home, they say they also found child pornography and drugs.
Court records say he was a family friend who was asked for a week to get the girl ready for school. Police say he hid the camera in the girl's Beanie Babies but she found it.
The original charge was in 2010, but Nance missed his last hearing before trial. He's back in the Floyd County Jail , under $300,000 bond.
