LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of Louisville's most profitable events and hundreds of thousands of people return to the Kentucky Exposition this week.

The 58th annual National Farm Machinery Show rolls back into Louisville on Feb. 14-17. Event organizers claim it's the country's largest indoor farm trade show.

"There are some major international corporations that come and spend a lot of money to set up an event here and get to this audience," Zack Davis with Louisville Tourism said. 

As one of Louisville's top 10 most economically impactful events, the National Farm Machinery Show is estimated to bring in more than $24.2 million to Louisville. More than 300,000 attendees are expected to visit, bringing Louisville's hotel room occupancy to 90%.

Greg Mann, general manager for Crowne Plaza Hotel, has been preparing for weeks.

"We talk about it for weeks leading into it. Our hotel will be sold out tomorrow through the rest of the week," Mann said. "The economic impact for our hotel and the hotels in the this corridor and downtown Louisville is very significant."

There will be more than 800 booths from Wednesday to Saturday. Hundreds of vendors have already confirmed they will be back in 2025. 

Lock Jawz, an agriculture production company from Georgetown, Indiana, will showcase some products.

"The National Farm and Machinery Show is huge for us," said Wade Simon with Lock Jawz. "It's all the latest and greatest products. You're going to see anything from the tractors to the farming equipment, to the cattle equipment."
