LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- More than 117,000 square feet of office space is now for lease on one of downtown Louisville's most premier streets.
ScionHealth put the fourth, fifth and six floors of its building at 680 S. 4th St. on the market, according to our partners at Louisville Business First. The fifth floor at its other building at 658 S. 4th St. is also available.
The 4.2-acre ScionHealth headquarters in downtown Louisville features a gym, restaurant, 278-seat auditorium, coffee stand, tenant game room and more.
"The amenity package for that campus is pretty much unrivaled for Downtown," said Yandell Wood, one of the leasing agents for the office. "It does have a full gym with showers and lockers. The usual fitness amenities in some of these office buildings really wouldn’t replace a gym membership, but this one would."
The entire ScionHealth property was most recently assessed for $24.4 million.
