LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville coffee shop that recently closed its doors isn’t done serving up lattes just yet.
Brew & Sip Coffee Bar owner LaToya Cook-Bradley is planning a big comeback with two new locations opening in early 2026, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
One of the cafés, called Brew & Sip Express, will open at 1405 W. Broadway inside the new Gateway on Broadway development in west Louisville.
The second will be located on Hess Lane, taking over the former Yummy Nosh Catering space near the Audubon neighborhood.
The Broadway location will be open six days a week and serve coffee, breakfast and lunch, with space for catering events.
The business has moved around the city since first opening in 2020, with previous locations on Shepherdsville Road, West Broadway and Parkerland Way.
Cook-Bradley said the temporary closure gave her time to regroup and scale down operations before relaunching.
She’s also helping other small business owners through BLOK — Broadening Louisville Owners Kollective, a new network supporting minority entrepreneurs across the city.
