LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A civil engineering firm plans to open a new facility in Louisville that will bring 113 full-time jobs to the area, announced by Gov. Andy Beshear on Tuesday.

JQOL Global, a certified Minority Business Enterprise, will invest $6.4 million in a facility in Jefferson County.
