LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jefferson Mall will soon have a new entertainment venue called Tilted 10, which will include a bowling alley, arcade games and food and drinks.
It will be the first Kentucky location for Texas-based Nickels and Dimes Inc., which operates 16 Tilt Studio locations around the country as well as two Tilted 10 locations, according to its website.
Jefferson Mall manager CBL Properties confirmed in an email that the entertainment center will open "this summer" in the space formerly occupied by Round1 Bowling & Amusement, which elected not to renew its lease that expired in April, according to public records.
Round1, which also featured bowling and arcade games, opened the Jefferson Mall location in 2018.
"I am very excited about this new addition to continue to provide exciting and engaging entertainment, activities, and dining options for guests at Jefferson Mall," Rabiya Syed, CBL Properties’ marketing director for Jefferson Mall, said in an email.
No one from Tilt Studio’s parent company immediately responded to a request for comment, but the Louisville location is listed on the company’s website.
The Tilted 10 in Rockford, Ill. features bowling, craft beer and bar food in addition to laser tag, two 18-hole "black light" golf courses, bumper cars and more than 100 video, pinball, redemption or prize games, according to the website.
Louisville Business First earlier reported the new entertainment venue.
