Boone's Deli now open in Jeffersontown on Watterson Trail

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new deli is now open in Jeffersontown.

Boone's Deli celebrated its grand opening on Watterson Trail at 11 a.m. on Monday. The menu will feature a variety of sandwiches with Boar's Head Meats and Cheese, while being served on fresh bread with house-made sauces and sides.

There will also be vegetarian and vegan options. The new deli is the brainchild of Seth and Megan Boone who have been involved in the restaurant and service industry since the late 2000s.

“When we set out to open Boone’s Deli we were focused on only serving the community a product that we wanted our kids to eat," Megan Boone said in a news release. "That’s why we are slicing our meat and cheese fresh, and making all of our sauces and dressings in house. We also hope to be able to use fresh, local produce for specials each week.”

The deli will be open every day with hours varying by day.
