LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A popular restaurant location in Douglass Loop has reopened with a familiar name.
Derby City Pizza opened on Saturday in the location that previously housed Dundee Tavern.
This spring, Dundee Tavern in the Belknap neighborhood just off Bardstown Road announced its decision to change its business model due to high overhead and rising food costs.
"Just making everything pretty inside," co-owner Missy Webb said. "The neighborhood is happy to be back in the building. I think it's good for the community."
The restaurant at 2224 Dundee Road became the 10th Derby City Pizza in the Louisville area.
