LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Food delivery is so convenient, especially after a long day and you don't want to cook.
Millions of Americans use it now, but some are starting to wonder if it's still worthwhile with the big costs that come with it.
Meal delivery exploded in recent years and during that time, drivers were discovering that they were barely making ends meet.
As a result, prices went up and up and up. Delivery fees can now double the price of a small order.
Some restaurants are even showing two different prices for their meals: a lower dine-in price and a higher website or app price.
So think about it before you order: a small order where the delivery fee is as expensive as the food, is it worth it?
