LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Kentucky bourbon brand is rolling out a partnership with two-time NASCAR Champion Kyle Busch.

Rebel Bourbon, based in Bardstown, is releasing the Kyle Busch 108 Single Barrel Bourbon, according to Richard Childress Racing

Each handcrafted barrel was chosen by Busch himself and bottled at 108 proof in honor of Busch's Number 8 Chevrolet. The bourbon is aged for a full four years and features a robust flavor with a smooth finish and a hint of spice.

"We wanted to do something we’ve never done before, in the spirit of living against the grain and doing things your own way, and KB 108 is the perfect answer,” Philip Lux, Rebel Bourbon brand manager, said.

Only 5,000 cases are available nationwide. A 750ml bottle of the special bourbon goes for $40.

Rebel Bourbon is made at Lux Row and sponsors Busch's car. Busch, in the No. 8 Rebel Bourbon car, will be racing Sunday, March 2, in the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix. It airs on WDRB at 3:30 p.m.
