LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville building that houses Chewy pharmacy operations is going on the auction block.

The property at 3621 Fern Valley Road will be up for auction from June 15-17, according to our partners at Louisville Business First. The bidding starts at $1.75 million with the reserve price, or minimum bid not disclosed.

Chewy is an online retailer that sells pet products, supplies, and prescriptions.

The 4.2-acre property is owned by Chicago-based Mon Ami Properties, which purchased the building in January 2025 for $5.02 million. The building, constructed in 1977, has three years remaining on its lease with Chewy, its only tenant.

It's unclear if Chewy plans to bid on the property.
