LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two Michelin-starred chefs opened their newest restaurant in Louisville's NuLu neighborhood.
Chefs Jenner Tomaska and Katrina Bravo's new concept, Byrdie's, is now open inside Hotel Genevieve on East Market Street.
The restaurant is in the former Rosettes space, which opened in May 2023, and closed abruptly in August.
The Byrdie's menu offers French cuisine and cocktails with a Southern twist.
