LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville has a new grocery option in the city’s east end.
The Fresh Market opened its doors Wednesday at The Paddock Shops off Brownsboro Road.
The upscale specialty grocery chain takes the place of the former Barnes & Noble bookstore that moved next to Total Wine in the same area.
The new Fresh Market is more than 26,000 square feet and has more than 130 employees.
Hours of operation for the store are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.
The company has 161 locations in 22 states.
