JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WDRB) -- Some of southern Indiana's best restaurants had a chance to show off what they have to offer Wednesday evening.
The annual Taste of Jeffersonville was held at The Foundry.
This year's event was about twice as big as years past. More than 30 restaurants showed off their best dishes for attendees to sample.
Food ranged from local flavors to more exotic eats.
"They have their best food and it is a place to just come, meet your neighbors, meet the people that you want to go and hang out at the local restaurant, drink a beer, eat a great burger or have fine dining and get a steak. It's awesome," Taste of Jeffersonville President Nikki Elder said.
Proceeds from the event each year benefits local organizations, churches, schools and charities.
