LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new wellness center in Louisville is hoping to help you feel less salty by using salt itself.
The Bodhi Salt Center is now open on Sherburn Lane in St. Matthews.Â
The center promotes natural healing through salt and red light therapy, yoga and other wellness services.
It also offers programming for kids, including play dates, study workshops, story time and more.
Bodhi said studies show that inhaling dry salt in a controlled environment can help detoxify and cleanse the respiratory system, soothe skin conditions and enhance overall wellness.
You can purchase a monthly membership for $117, or book individual sessions at varying prices depending on the service.
