LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Dairy Queen in Portland may not be there much longer.
A "for sale" sign went up earlier this month on the edge of the property.
The property agent told WDRB the owner of the Dairy Queen doesn't plan on renewing its' lease and it's up at the end of this month.
Lenihan Commercial Properties will be handling the sale.
This Dairy Queen has been on Portland Avenue, near 22nd Street, for more than three decades.
Some people in the area say they hate to see the land it sits on up for sale.
