LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Price changes at the U.S. Postal Service will take effect this month.
The new rates will include a 5-cent increase in price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp from 68 to 73 cents. Mailing service product prices increase by 7.8%.
According to a news release, the U.S. Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission of the mailing services price changes in April. Those price changes will take effect on July 14.
The price changes include:

There is no price increase for Post Office Box rental fees.
The price increases are part of the USPS 10-year Delivering for America plan, which is expected to generate $44 billion more in revenue by 2031.
