LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Rural King pulled out of its deal to buy the Clarksville Plaza.
It was reported in February that the farm supply company purchased the property on Lewis and Clark Parkway for nearly $3 million. The plan was to redevelop the property and move out of its current Jeffersonville property.
But Rural King has since pulled out of the deal, and the Clarksville Town Council rescinded the sale Tuesday.
The Clarksville Redevelopment Commission is now requesting new proposals for the site.
Harbor Freight moved out of the plaza in 2020.
