LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Oxmoor Center is about to get a new entertainment experience where the old Sears location was.
It's a place where bourbon, food and tech-infused mini-golf comes together. According to a news release, Puttshack is the "world's first and only upscale tech-infused mini golf experience."

Puttshack, located at 7900 Shelbyville Road, is scheduled to open next week on March 20 at 4 p.m. There will be a DJ booth, dining area, large outdoor patio, two full-service bars and four 9-hole courses.
The company's 14th location rolls its way into Louisville next week, the first in Kentucky.
"It's not your average mini-golf. It still gives you that feel of nostalgia that you're used to when you think of mini-golf, but we bring it all the way to the 21st century," Angelina Gradilla, Puttshack senior brand manager, said.
You can also have private events like company outings and birthday parties there. Puttshack is a family-friendly setting during the day, and will then shift to a nightlife entertainment spot for people 21 or over starting at 8 p.m.
"Being here at Oxmoor Center, being apart of this new entertainment district on the green here, we're just super excited to be part of it," Gradilla said.
The courses keep score so you don't have to thanks to patented "trackaball" technology.
"The ball is like a minicomputer," Gradilla said. "It has a microprocessor that tracks your every move, what holes you've played."
There's also over 100 menu items made all in-house, both local and exotic. Hot brown flatbread and woodfired Thai octopus are just some of the items.

"We’re the place you can eat, have amazing food, have those cocktails, on the weekends we have DJs, so have that more of a nightlife vibe, and play mini-golf," Gradilla said.
