LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man is in critical condition after a shooting in the parking lot of a gas station in Louisville's Park Hill neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Dwight Mitchell, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to a reported shooting at the Dura Mart gas station in the 1400 block of S. 7th Street just after 12:30 a.m.
Police said a man had been shot inside a vehicle and was taken to UofL Hospital.
LMPD believes the victim was shot in a drive-by shooting by a fleeing vehicle that left the scene.
