LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Texas Roadhouse is relocating its longtime Outer Loop restaurant, but it won’t be far.
The location at 3322 Old Outer Loop will move less than a mile away to a new building on Brooke Elizabeth Way, just across the road.
The company considered remodeling the original 1996 restaurant, but decided it would be more cost-effective to build a larger, updated facility nearby, according to our partners at Louisville Business First.
The move also avoids disrupting staff or guests during construction.
The new site is visible from the current parking lot. Texas Roadhouse has not announced when construction will begin or when the new restaurant will open, but the existing location will remain in operation until the move is complete.
