LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two men were killed in a head-on crash Tuesday afternoon in southeast Jefferson County.
The Jefferson County Coroner identified the victims as James Via, 48, of Shepherdsville, and Levi Grant, 30, of Taylorsville. Both died from blunt force injuries at the scene.
Louisville Metro Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell said officers responded to a report of a crash around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to the 5800 block of Taylorsville Lake Road, near the Jefferson-Spencer county line.
The investigation shows one of the drivers crossed the center line.
Mitchell said the LMPD Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
