LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Country music singer Toby Keith has died at age 62.
According to Keith's official X account, the singer passed away peacefully on Monday evening surrounded by his family.

Keith had been battling stomach cancer and was first diagnosed in 2021.
The singer was best known for his songs "Red Solo Cup," "I Wanna Talk About Me," "Should've Been a Cowboy," and "Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue."
Keith was just honored at the People's Choice Country Awards in September with the Country Icon Award.
The post said the singer fought his fight with grace and courage.
