LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection to a murder in Louisville's Russell neighborhood.
According to LMPD spokesman John Bradley, police responded to the 2100 block of West Market Street about 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 28 on a reported shooting.
When police arrived on scene, they found a man who had been shot. Bradley said life-saving measures were given, but the man died at the scene.
The boy was taken into custody on Wednesday and is being charged with murder and possession of a handgun by a minor.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating.
