LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man from Scottsburg, Indiana was arrested Tuesday on possession of child porn and child exploitation charges.
According to Indiana State Police, an investigation began in July 2023 into Joseph Richard Sullivan after a cyber tip report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
