LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Three people were arrested in Columbus, Indiana, after a drug investigation on Monday, according to police.
The Columbus Police Department obtained a search warrant for the home of Robert L. Shutters, 51, and Richard L. Spray, 59, on Indiana Avenue. The Columbus men were suspected of dealing illegal narcotics.
Police executed the search warrant and seized almost a quarter pound of methamphetamine, packaging material, digital scales, fentanyl and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Cheri Foley, 45, was also staying at the home and arrested.
Shutters was charged with dealing methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a narcotic drug, among other charges.
Spray was charged with dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance, among other charges.
Foley was charged with possession of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.
Police said additional charges are possible in the ongoing investigation.
