LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a 37-year-old Louisville man was shot and killed on West Broadway on Sunday morning.
LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said police responded to a shooting in the 2500 block of West Broadway around 4 a.m.Â
Ronald F. Batey was pronounced dead at the scene.Â
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting, but there aren't any suspects.
