LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 25-year-old Adair County man is facing multiple child porn charges.
Kentucky State Police said in a statement that Austin Beard was arrested Tuesday after an investigation discovered him sharing images of child porn online.
A search warrant was issued for a home in Columbia, Kentucky, and equipment was taken for examination by KSP.
Beard has been charged with five counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 18, five counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under 12 and one count of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means.
He was taken to the Adair County Detention Center.
