LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A local police officer found himself behind bars over the weekend, accused of driving drunk.
According to Louisville Metro Police, officers clocked Lucas Deborde going 122 miles per hour down Interstate 64 in Louisville Sunday.
Deborde, 45, is an Anchorage Police officer.
According to his arrest citation, officers smelled alcohol when they pulled him over. Police also said Deborde was weaving in and out of lanes, and reportedly told police he'd had three beers.
Deborde is charged with speeding, OWI and reckless driving. Anchorage Police Chief Dean Hayes told WDRB Deborde has been reassigned to administrative duty. He's scheduled to be arraigned in court Wednesday morning.
