LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Three people were identified as the victims in the triple shooting Tuesday morning in Louisville's Portland neighborhood, according to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a shooting just before 5 a.m. in the 2200 block of Griffiths Avenue. When officers arrived, they found Mallory Cox, 37, David Clark Jr., 49, and Robert Auter, 37, all suffering from gunshot wounds.
The three were all pronounced dead at the scene.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating but have no suspects and no arrests have been made.
An LMPD spokesman said investigators don't believe there is a further threat to the community, but detectives are trying to determine the motive behind the shooting.
