LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Department of Justice released new details about the role a Covington, Kentucky, man played during the riot at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
Daniel Harrington was arrested and charged in February for going into the Capitol during the riot.
Harrington was photographed in the Senators' Spouse's Lounge, former Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi's office, in the Rotunda and other locations.Â
Harrington is also pictured helping other rioters scale walls.
He appeared in federal court in Washington, D.C. on Feb. 15, being released on his own recognizance. A status hearing is scheduled for April.
