LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Elizabethtown man was arrested after allegedly recording women, including a 13-year-old girl, in dressing rooms at multiple St. Matthews department stores.
According to court documents, 30-year-old Yogi Wilson was arrested Tuesday after police responded to the Old Navy on Shelbyville Road about a man reportedly taking pictures of women over the wall in the dressing room.
Court documents say an officer recognized the description of Wilson after a similar incident Monday at a Forever 21. Police found Wilson in the women's dressing room area at Old Navy, and he was arrested by the St. Matthews Police Department.
Wilson admitted to taking videos of at least five women at Old Navy and JCPenney on Tuesday and at least one video of a girl Monday at Forever 21, according to court documents.
Police said the victim from Forever 21 was 13 years old.
Wilson was previously arrested for voyeurism in July 2015 after police found him looking into the window of an occupied home.
He appeared in court Wednesday, pleaded not guilty and was being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
Wilson's preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 1.
