LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Hillview Police said there is a person of interest involved in the killing of an 18-year-old man on Halloween morning.

Cole Bullock was identified as the victim last week.

Police say there is a person of interest, but would not provide details on the individual. Det. Chris Boone said it is still waiting on information from search warrants.

According to the original news release from Hillview Police spokesperson Lt. Wyatt Rossell, Bullock left his house around 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 31 and got into a car.

Boone said Bullock connected with someone over social media, and that person met Bullock in Hillview.

The car traveled east to the intersection of Hillview Boulevard and Norwood Way, and that's where Bullock was shot and killed.

"After he was in the car with him, about 26 seconds later, he was shot," Det. Boone told WDRB on Friday.

Bullock was the youngest of three siblings. His two older brothers are combined with anger and sadness at the sudden loss of their baby brother.

"It still doesn't feel real even though his funeral's passed," said Cam Bullock, Cole's oldest brother. "Cole was obviously our baby brother, but he was there literally for everyone."

"Whoever did it is sick," said Cay Bullock, Cole's second-oldest brother. "They're a sick individual."

Despite being younger, Cay said he looked up to Cole.

"He was very big for his age, he was dealing with situations that I couldn't have even dealt with at that age," said Cay.

Cam described the three brothers as a trio. Now that Cole is gone, Cam said it feels incomplete.

The two brothers want answers about what happened to their teenage brother.

"The person that took my baby brother's life is out there living their life. While, Cole is six feet under," Cam said.

The family is pleading for anyone with information about Cole's death, to contact Hillview Police Department at 502-955-6808 or email wrossell@hillviewpolice.com.
