LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The 18-year-old man that was found shot to death in Hillview last Thursday has been identified.
The Hillview Police Department identified the victim as Cole Bullock.
According to a news release from Hillview Police spokesperson Lt. Wyatt Rossell, Bullock left his house around 2:30 a.m. on Oct. 31 and got into a car.
The car traveled east to the intersection of Hillview Boulevard and Norwood Way, and that's where Bullock was shot and killed.
Rossell said someone driving through the area reported finding the body to police after first thinking it was a Halloween decoration.
A car sped away from the scene after the shooting, and police are still trying to narrow down the make and model of it.
