LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A juvenile has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a double shooting at a high school football game in southwest Louisville last fall.

Shots were fired in the parking lot area just past 8 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2024, and police found a boy who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to UofL Hospital with critical injuries. A second juvenile victim then showed up to Mary and Elizabeth Hospital, but his injuries weren't believed to be life-threatening.

Last October, Damon Jerome Williams Jr., 22, of Louisville was arrested soon after the shooting happened at Pleasure Ridge Park High School. He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon on school property and with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

On Tuesday, a juvenile was arrested and charged with murder and assault. According to court documents, the juvenile and the co-conspirator were observed on video surveillance initiating a shootout.
