LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man was arrested after stabbing a woman in the hand Sunday night in southwest Louisville.
LMPD spokesman Dwight Mitchell said officers responded to the 7300 block of Dunkirk Lane just before 10 p.m. to find a woman who had been stabbed. Andrew Bauer, 49, was taken into custody a short time later.
She was taken to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the citation, Bauer had squealed his tires in front of her house several times and attacked her with the knife after she asked him to stop.
He is being charged with second degree assault and is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
