LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in the Russell neighborhood.
Broderick Clarkson, 45, was arrested Monday and charged with assault in the shooting that happened in the 2600 block of West Broadway on Friday, Nov. 8 in the parking lot of Dino's Food Mart.
At the time, Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Matt Sanders said officers found a man, believed to be in his 40s, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to UofL Hospital with "life-threatening injuries" Sanders said.
Clarkson is also being charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is scheduled to be arraigned in court Tuesday morning.
