LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A grand jury indicted a Louisville man for the sexual assault of a person walking near the University of Kentucky campus.
In November, police said the victim didn't know the man who's identified as 21-year-old Saif Al-Khafaji. The indictment said he exposed himself to one victim and subjected another to "sexual contact by forcible compulsion."
A Fayette County Grand Jury indicted him on sexual abuse and indecent exposure charges.
Louisville Airport Police arrested him two weeks after the first indictment. he had a prior arrest for stalking and harassment at Eastern Kentucky University.
